The Privsy app (app.privsy.com) is temporarily offline while our software vendor completes a scheduled platform upgrade. Logins and account access are unavailable while the work is in progress.

What this means for you

• App logins and account access are unavailable until the upgrade is complete.
• Your coverage is not affected, and no action is needed on your part.
• Email, phone support, and claims assistance are operating as normal.

Timing

The upgrade is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21. We expect the app to be back online later that day.
